Reflections on the Petition R101 results and Intimidation leading up to it - Free Fest Interviews

Helped by Brandi Kruse and her efforts, Referendum 101 was a petition being gathered to deal with an medical issue many on her base of viewers (in addition to groups such as Moms for Liberty) argued as taking rights from any observing the chain of custody of a child's health in a family. They put it further, that it takes away needed consent of parents/guardians based upon any prescription towards gender identification just at the discretion of any provider/carer in a facility that houses youth.

The effort failed by merely a few thousand votes but it was not helped as they say by acts of intimidation/violence by counter-demonstrators to their signature gathering efforts including in locations of booths such as in Lacey and Lakewood, WA, and Brandi Kruse puts to words how she even raised the figure of the tactics with the Secretary of State of WA that this was a blatant violation of RCW on signature gathering laws.

The Secretary of State agreed, and penned a letter acknowledging such, and she and others brought this as well as other factors to light in their interview answers at the recent Summer Freedom Festival in Redmond, WA.

Out of thousands of attendees, three were those who had worked closely on initiatives and referendums such as R101 to be interviewed, while two others were closely reporting and even legally furthering arguements surrounding the issues such as letters to the Secretary of State of WA.

Much of the location and its planning was hosted and organized with the help of Let's Go Washington, 570 KVI radio-channel, as well as Undivided Podcast, of which many of the attendees were listeners to these channels and podcasts.

Groups including Discovery Institute, Moms4Liberty, Let's Go Washington, Young Republicans of WA, as well as various others came to additionally staff and aid in the facilitating of the Summer Freedom Fest in Willowcrest Stables in Redmond, WA.
