After all the trials and tribulations of the cross country trip. Ellie and Joel finally reach their destination. They find out they can make a vaccine from Ellie but at the cost of her life. Joel can't let go of her and decides to rescue her and fights his way through the whole hospital to do it. The only thing that ran through my mind is "Was it worth it?"
