Theology Thursday – Compelling motivation: Jesus made me do it!

Welcome to the forth “Theology Thursday” episode where we will refer back to the bible as a source of truth, wisdom and knowledge for matters in our lives and events in the world.

Today Gabriel discusses with Pastor Ian Sharp what it is for a Christian to simply obey a request of the Lord (Abide). Ian discusses how Jesus compelled the disciples to row across the water, and breaks it down for us to see how God moves through people. We have to learn to dig deep when the going gets tough, and not to give up because we are tired or not seeing instant results.
