1 Hour Old School Clubland Combat Box HIIT

So I found my lock down exercise diary and decided to redo one of the Classic 1 Hour Clubland Combat Box HIITs to Andy Whitbys tunes!

I have not sweated like that in a long time ... it was literally rolling down my arms and legs haha!

This is one insane workout - a great one to smash when you want to kick some butt and really smash something out.
