It was too much! I was burned out and exhausted. I needed to step away and self-reflect on why I was putting so much pressure on myself. Self-love is a journey, and always an easy path. My inner critic was getting the better of me and my self-worth was taking the hits. Healing from burnout through self-awareness and self-love practices I realized that “I am enough”.
