Smoked Beef Brisket on a Reverse Flow Offset Smoker

It was a beautiful day to fire up the reverse flow pit and smoke us some fine looking brisket. Brisket has always been my downfall and I need to get more practice with it. And with the help of the Youtube audience hopefully, I can get better at it.

Mop Sauce:
1 cup beer
1 cup apple cider
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup coffee
1 cup beef
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce
