BC wildfires: Eagle Bluff fire engulfs mountainside in Osoyoos as it spreads across US border

The Eagle Bluff fire covered a mountainside
in flames in Osoyoas, British Columbia on July
29 as it Chassed the U,S.-Canada border,
scorching 885 hectares by Sunday.
About 700 properties in the area were
evacuated Saturday evening as the wind drove
the flames closer to town, Another 2,000
homes emain under evacuation alert and a
travel aduisory is in place for a section of
Highway 3.
