PORK LECHON COOK: Getting the Pig

In this video, I show how we went and picked up the pig. It was quit a process. Not shown for obvious reason was footage from the "processing plant". (butcher/slaughter house) During the processing, the pig was killed, gutted, and shaved. All internals were saved for nothing is wasted here in the Philippines! Next video will be the prep that went into the cooking of the pig! Stay tuned!
