Car Crashes into Power Line

Info from Licensor: "While driving to work, a car pulled out of parking lot area going fast. The next thing I know, there was a cloud of smoke and the power pole falls into the street with power lines sparking and dangling in front of me. I was about to make a right turn into a residential street so I was already braking before this happened, otherwise I could have been right under the power pole and power lines."
