Bill C-18 has been, not only an embarrassment for Justin Trudeau, but he actually believes in it's merits. Justin and his Heritage Minister Pablo Rodriguez have made public statements stating that they are not going to back down. Even likening this fight to the fight Canada put into protecting democracy in the 1940's.
