Part 1
The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of Dean Beaudry, a retired risk management expert with over 30 years of experience.
Dean started as a volunteer with the National Citizens Inquiry, and someone suggested with his expertise if he could do a presentation. He worked hard for a month on his excellent presentation of Canada's covid response, in which he does a risk assessment analysis much like the way he presented reports in several of the cases where he was the lead investigator.
He says Canada's response to covid was full of broken consequences. It created severe social division, emotional damage, halted education, created harm to mental and physical health, and economic downturns as a result of federal and medical governance. Dean looks at the root causes, how, and why this happened. He also discusses some of the possible reasons why there was no adequate governance action. He says fear was used to fly compliance, and many people were vilified or ostracized. Canada certainly isn't the same country anymore.

The covid restrictions and mandates hurt many Canadians. Please listen to their stories.
