Ingredients of Aloo Matar Keema:-

minced mutton half kg
oil half cup
onion 1 large
tomato 2 small
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder half tsp
green chillies 2
fresh coriander leaves few
whole spice powder half tsp
kasoori methi 1tbsp

آلو مٹر قیمہ کے اجزاء:- کٹا ہوا مٹن آدھا کلو تیل آدھا کپ پیاز 1 بڑا ٹماٹر 2 چھوٹے ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ 2 کھانے کے چمچ لال مرچ پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ ہلدی پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ ہری مرچیں 2 تازہ دھنیا چند پتے سارا مصالحہ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ قصوری میتھی 1کھانے کا چمچ
