Ingredients:--
boiled potatoes (aloo) 2 kg
onion (piaz) one medium
green chilli 2-3 crushed
fresh coriander few leaves
salt to taste
Red chilli powder half tsp
coriander dry crushed 1 tbsp
whole spice powder 1 tsp
dry pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp

ingredients for better:--
Besan 2 cups
Red chilli powder half tsp
red chilli flakes half tsp
turmeric powder half tsp
dry coriander powder 1 tsp
kasoori methi 2 tsp
ajwain half tsp
water as required

اجزاء:---
ابلے ہوئے آلو (آلو) 2 کلو
پیاز (پیاز) ایک درمیانہ
ہری مرچ 2-3 پسی ہوئی
تازہ دھنیا چند پتے
نمک حسب ذائقہ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
دھنیا خشک پسا ہوا 1 چمچ
سارا مسالا پاؤڈر 1 چمچ
خشک انار کے بیج 1 چمچ

بہتر کے لیے اجزاء:---
بیسن 2 کپ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
لال مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
خشک دھنیا پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ
قصوری میتھی 2 چمچ
اجوائن آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ضرورت کے مطابق پانی
