Joe is a handsome 2-year-old pitch black neutered male German Shepherd who arrived at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as a stray on June 19. Weighing 81.5 lbs, he shows signs of housebreaking, is nice and calm, knows a couple basic commands, and is a tolerant boy. He loves swimming in doggie pools to cool down and laying down with you to relax! Joe is a curious guy who loves to learn more about his environment and would love to explore with dogs who are, by requirement, also as calm and relaxed as he is. He loves his treats, which will motivate him to improve his skills on a leash! Joe can’t wait to come home with you and relax together! Like a couple of the other dogs listed here, Joe is at serious risk right now. He might only have 72 hours left. Don’t let this gorgeous, chill boy pass you by. At only two years old, he deserves a new home that will take care of him and let them enjoy him for the rest of his hopefully long life.
