Wild grass with green flowers

This herb grows throughout the garden. I pull up a lot of this herb every year. Cutting grass is inconvenient. The grass has a brittle stem. The stem is breaking. But the root remains in the ground. Therefore, this grass grows again quickly. At the end of July, this grass blooms. Small yellow flowers. I don't know what the grass is called.
