Beginner 1x Trail bike??? 2020 Diamondback Hook 27.5 Hardtail Mountain Bike Video Review and Weight

Diamondback Hook 27.5 hardtail mountain Bike, an interesting look at a Beginner 1x trail bike. This is an interesting bike as it goes after a trail style of Mtb at a lower price point. Diamondback is able to do that by looking to some unique parts specs including an SRAM X4 1x8 conversion drivetrain, and a longer slacker frameset. It certainly gets the job done, and looks pretty cool but you will have limited gear range with that setup. Otherwise, the shortie stem, wide handlebars, nice VEE Rubber Crown Gem tires, and the 120mm suspension fork make for a pretty competent rig. Overall this DB Hook 27.5 is a unique choice for a beginner mountain bike and I like seeing brands offer something different.
