Un-Building a Gravel Bike - My 2021 Trek Checkpoint SL 6 Came Early!

The new gravel bike is here. I almost never thought it was going to arrive with all the bike shortages and challenges around getting bikes right now. Anyway it is here and I am pumped to see it, and cant wait to build it. The problem is I have to "un-build" the bike first so I can video each of the new parts before re-building the bike. This bike has so many cool things from the new Bontrager Paradigm Comp 25 wheelset to the Shimano GRX RX810 drivetrain. I can't wait to get this all video'd so I can build the bike back up and have an awesome time with new England mixed-terrain riding.
