Dangerous Winter Hike | WRONG TRAIL | 5040 Peak via NW Ridge on Vancouver Island.

We had been planning to do this hike for a while, yet none of us really knew the way. We ended up taking an unmarked route and had to cross a glacier without and crampons or traction aids and safely navigate ourselves to the summit in a thick fog. We were rewarded with an incredible sunset!
