LETTER TO THE GOV. GENERAL? FOI Request Reveals Truth

Riccardo Bosi claims to have sent an "open letter" to Gov. General David Hurley on September 17th, 2021. In the video (see link below) Bosi reads out a lengthy missive and pleads with the Gov. General to intervene in the rollout of the C19 injections.

However, a FOI request reveals that no such letter was sent. If Riccardo Bosi from Australia One lied about sending a piece of paper in the mail, what else might he be lying about to his listeners?
