Your shadows within are those things that you are most afraid of to face. Be it belief systems, fears, trauma, etc.

The more you try to avoid or even run from those perceived shadows, the bigger they become.

Leading you further and further away from being and becoming your True Self.

This is a process and it will take as long as it takes, depending on where you are on your journey and is in your highest and best good and in alignment with all of yourself.

The more consistently you watch/listen, the better the results will be.

To help your body flush out what needs to be released you should drink plenty of pure water before and after listening to this recording.
