There ARE some who shouldn't be allowed to have a gun. I agree with the 2nd amendment, but, I don't know how to handle a gun. Never shot one in my life, so, before having one, I would need all kind s of safety classes.. Plus a license to own one!
There are enough laws on guns, they only have to be enforced. I'm so happy the child is going to recover. I too was shot when I was just 5 years old, by some kids who got the revolver from their Father's gun cabinet, while their parents were away.
