Disney Lucasfilm is getting exposed once again for their lack of quality and care when it comes to creating shows for their streaming service. This just goes to show the leadership of the studio under Kathleen Kennedy.

The Lando show has been in pre-production for a long time now but there has been a recent shakeup in writers which has turned the entire situation upside down.

Originally, Justin Simien, Director of the newly released Haunted Mansion movie, was supposed to write the Lando series but for a while he didn't hear that much from his bosses over at Lucasfilm.

So, unlike anyone else who would have assumed the general woke Hollywood business was crumbling from the inside so the show was shuffled around, he instead talked to the media and stated that he felt discriminated by the entire corporation, that he felt as if he was being ignored due to his race and sexuality.

Shortly after this, the access media announced that Donald Glover and his brother would be writing the prequel story to Lando and in a fit of rage, Justin Simien posted an Instagram story where he revealed that Disney Lucasfilm didn't even tell him he was officially fired and instead left him to see for himself on social media that he no longer had the job.

This Disney+ series is going to be absolutely awful, identity politics is going to be the primary focus and to be honest, audiences have had enough and that is why we saw the most recent season of The Mandalorian getting record low views.
