My name is Roscoe and I am an 8 year-old retriever mix who lived my entire life on the chain. I am one of the newest fellas at the @Good Newz Rehab Center operated by @Dogs Deserve Better. I LOVE toys, balls and splashing around in the water! I have a smile a mile wide (especially if treats are involved). Don't let my age fool you. I have NO clue that I'm not a puppy! Today, I discovered a water monster!
