Putin delivers address on Russia’s Navy Day

President Putin has addressed crowds in St. Petersburg celebrating Navy Day, which saw a number of warships of various kinds on display, as well as 3,000 sailors participating in the event. In honor of the holiday, festivals, concerts and other tributes are being held in a number of Russian cities, including Moscow.
