no other sound but this listen to how loud it is this is herd in my cochlea and it vibrates and tigh

Right now this crap is drum rolling so hard my right legs feels like it's going to charlie horse. But the idea I hear baby talking all the time if I wear my hearing aids it's irritating. It replaces what is said. No other sound other than the fans and air conditioning, so what else is causing this if it's not technology and AI??? You should hear voices in the static baby talking voices as well. this is unnatural, if it wasn't technology you wouldn't hear anything but the fans nothing else. ELF is being used and AI.
