The Deputy Prime Minister inspected an experimental airliner Ilyushin Il-96-400M

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov yesterday visited industrial enterprises of the Voronezh region, including the branch of PJSC Ilyushin - VASO.

In attendance were Deputy Prime Minister and Governor Chief Executive Officer of PJSC "Il" Daniil Brenerman and VASO Director Stanislav Gretchenko.

The Deputy Prime Minister inspected an experimental airliner Ilyushin Il-96-400M, created under the modernization program for the Il-96 family aircraft.

Daniil Brenerman briefed the Deputy Prime Minister on preparations for the maiden flight.

The aircraft received new operational and transportation capabilities due to the modernization of flight navigation fuselage by 9.35 meters and installing more powerful engines.
