You don’t need to “spam lateral raises” in order to grow your side delts, I’d actually recommend that you don’t. Your side delt, like many other muscles, respond better to higher intensity training…so you can go heavy on Lateral Raises too! *disclaimer: that doesn’t give you an excuse to cheat on your lateral raises, you should still be maintaining your technique to keep tension on the side delt. You just don’t need to bore yourself with super high volume reps on lateral raises.
