Dipole Electron Flood Theory Replaces The Standard Model

Atomic theory hinges on a Proton/neutron rich Positive Nucleus and a Negative cloud of Electrons surrounding the Nucleus. I will show clearly that is wrong. The nucleus and every particle there is....is a dipole HOWEVER the electron portion can separate as I will show.
Light is supposed to travel EXACTLY a certain speed at all times....another Wrong Assumption. We accelerated light and that crushes light fields.....It creates raw electrons which might be considered superconduction.
The Atomic model is wrong and cannot even describe gravity or dark matter and 95% of the Universe is MISSING so unlikely the current model is correct or even close....but DEFT theory works 100%.
