07.10.23: "BREAKING NEWS: CIVIC DUTY ARRESTED!" | CIVIC DUTY

- Joshua 'Civic Duty' Kimbrell was at the Randolph County, Indiana Courthouse on Monday, July 10th, 2023 for a hearing pertaining to the case against the adult male that was being sexually inappropriate with Josh's daughter! While there, he had is camera with him, but it was turned off and was leaning up against the wall. Josh, his wife, and others were out in the hallway waiting for court. When Randolph County Superior Court Judge, Dale W. Arnett, walked by and told Josh to take his camera and place it on the other side of the archway... at which point, Josh said the camera was off and there were also several other people on the floor, up there, with their cell phones out and in hand. Josh was then talking to the Court Bailiff and Judge Arnett made a comment... to which Josh said, "I wasn't talking to you!" The Judge and Josh got into a bit of a discussion and then the Judge ordered Josh to be held in Contempt of Court for 24 hours!

- The video you see is Mrs. Civic Duty, "Danielle Kimbrell", turning on the camera and recording Josh in the moments after the "Contempt of Court" was ordered... and while they waited to transport him to jail!
