We built a Chicken Tractor to PASTURE Raise our MEAT | OFF Grid from Scratch

Hey friends, Today we built a Suscovich chicken tractor style mobile chicken home for our meat birds to be raised on grass. They are loving it. This time we're raising the fast growth birds called White rock from our local hatchery. We will also raise 25 more of their rustic rangers which are a slower growing meat bird. They will be on the homestead soon, so these guys need to get out of the brooder and onto the grass. They are nearly 4 weeks old now.

On Our Forest Homestead, we are building an off grid homestead from scratch in Nipissing Ontario, growing zone 4b. We will be building a house, and garden, shop/barn, and getting more animals. All while learning and growing along the way. Our goal is to grow an entire Christmas dinner, and as many other meals from scratch as possible, on our little piece of paradise. Come along.
