Should DC Comics and Marvel Be Responsible for Their Fans?

Comics Twitter recently savagely bullied a popular user to the point of absolute desperation, and they are now claiming to be her victim instead! These terminally-online comic "fans" are claiming that she deserves to be bullied because they claim her followers are "N*zis". Does that mean DC Comics and Marvel should be held responsible for these fans bullying a teenager as well?
