ArridExtraDry was asking about lead alloys, and this video was unacceptable to YouTube. So let's post it here on RUMBLE so it won't be lost. Hello to LuckyShotAmmo as well. - - There was a time when Linotype lead was easily available from metal scrap yards as lead alloys were commonly used throughout the printing industry. And Linotype is a valued alloy for our casting - 84% lead, 12% antimony, and 4% tin at BHN 22 it can be used straight up for full magnum loads as well as mixed to give us other alloys we might prefer. RotoMetals still provides Linotype alloy for the world's casters.
