Ruger 10/22 TALO edition - First Shots/First Impressions

This is gun number 2 of 5 that I wanted to purchase in 2023. We're 40% of the way there! Next is probably going to be the Sig p320 X-Ten

I got assigned to bay number 3 and it seemed that the person on bay number 2 would shoot ONLY WHEN I WAS TALKING! Sorry about that. How nice it would be to have my own land to shoot on, lol.

Good rifle, I like it alot. Not super high end, but not a piece of crap either. Since it didn't have any sights, I went ahead and installed the scope on there and the vortex hunter rings (their least expensive rings) were just fine for the 22LR caliber. My plans include the mentioned Magpul X22 stock, more magazines, a bipod (probably bipod legs to attach to the side of the stock versus under), MAYBE a new trigger group and ultimately a supressor.

I'm excited for this one!
