Fierce battles unfolded on the Vremievsky ledge: from the direction of Orekhov, the Armed Forces of Ukraine approached the Russian positions, but they were met with heavy fire from all guns and systems.

The servicemen said that the enemy acted openly, "as if on a walk", for which he paid the price. Snipers controlled the approaches of the militants, waiting for them to be within range. As a result, the first shots caught the nationalists by surprise.
