Jadarrius Rose expressed fear for his life during K9 attack

An unarmed Black man, Jadarrius Rose, who was attacked by a police dog during a July Fourth incident, said he feared for his life. Rose was driving a commercial semi-truck and was attempting to comply with authorities' instructions when the dog attack occurred. The Circleville Police Department fired the officer responsible for releasing the dog, but they claim their canine policy was followed. Jadarrius Rose has been charged with a felony for failure to comply and has also been fired by the trucking company Western Express.
