Stakeholders in the energy sector on the African continent have argued governments to mobilize local funds to limit the over-reliance on foreign aid and loans to implement hydropower and water storage investments. This was during the fourth international conference and exhibition on water storage and hydropower development for Africa held in Munyonyo.
