False Promises of Transportation Management Centers

Proponents of TMCs and Intelligent Transporations make a case for centralizing control of Transporation facilities in a Federally managed center by claiming a centralized system will save lives, reduce congestion, and do a better job of informing travelers of their "options". This video casts doubt on the truthfulness of these claims.
