This band caught my attention as a child and not because of the sound itself, but because of the impactful image of the face paint and attitude. At my school, I hear a presentation by older students with styrofoam instruments and the band that won was Kiss, leaving me impressed and wanting to play guitar. After that I kept insisting that my mother put me in class. Good times.
