David Cameron makes his first speech outside Number 10 Downing Street as the UK's new Prime Minister on the 11 May 2010 after meeting Queen Elizabeth II, forming a coalition Government between the Conservative Party and the Liberal Democrats.

The Member of Parliament for Witney officially became the Prime Minister after defeating Gordon Brown's Labour Party in the 2010 general election.
