Lady Jumps on Police Car and Tries to Break Windshield

Occurred on January 1, 2017 /Toronto, Canada

Info from Licensor: "This lady was going crazy on the cops and jumped on the car and then fell into the back glass of the car. She was tamed by the police and brought into the ambulance where I think they took her to a mental hospital."
