Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 55 (Arabic Recitation): " وَإِذۡ قُلۡتُمۡ يَٰمُوسَىٰ لَن نُّؤۡمِنَ لَكَ حَتَّىٰ نَرَى ٱللَّهَ جَهۡرَةٗ فَأَخَذَتۡكُمُ ٱلصَّٰعِقَةُ وَأَنتُمۡ تَنظُرُونَ "

Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 55 (English Translation): " And [recall] when you said, "O Moses, we will never believe you until we see Allāh outright"; so the thunderbolt took you while you were looking on. "

Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayat 55 (Urdu Translation): " اور (تم اسے بھی یاد کرو) تم نے (حضرت) موسیٰ ﴿علیہ السلام﴾ سے کہا تھا کہ جب تک ہم اپنے رب کو سامنے نہ دیکھ لیں ہرگز ایمان نہ ﻻئیں گے (جس گستاخی کی سزا میں) تم پر تمہارے دیکھتے ہوئے بجلی گری۔ "
