We all lead unique busy lives and it is possible you have made all kids of excuses for missing out on today's workout. Some of our excuses are legit, such as a serious health concern, but many are just obstacles you can overcome.
Having obstacles shouldn't prevent you from getting in shape, getting healthy, and realizing for yourself all the positive effects exercise can have on your life.
