Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) Midshipmen from multiple universities take part in a rifle range to familiarize them with the M4 Carbine as a part of Fleet Marine Force (FMF) Program on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, July 20, 2023. The FMF is a basic introduction and training event to familiarize NROTC Midshipmen, who have committed to the path of becoming a Marine Corps officer, with the primary warfare designators that they will serve in, along with providing them with exposure to what is often their first Marine Corps fleet experience.
