Reel 1, Gens. Harbord and McCawley inspect Rochefort docks. The 811th Pioneer Inf. unloads ships. Trucks are assembled. Reel 2, the Moldegarr is unloaded by prisoners and Negro troops of the 310th and 338th Labor Bns. and the 518th Engrs. Barracks are built. Tractors pull trucks from mud; prisoners repair a road. Shows stables of the 324th Field Remount Station. Reel 3 shows scenes of La Rochelle. Fr. Gen. Hubert reviews a parade of the 18th, 31st, 312th, and 35th Engrs.; the 336th F.A.; the 49th Coast Artillery; and the 15th Cavalry in La Rochelle.
