German prisoners, Belgian refugees, and wounded 37th Div. troops cross a pontoon bridge over the Lys River at De Paling, Belgium. Shows rubble in De Paling and Cruyshautem. Gen. C.S. Farnsworth and French Gens. Hippolyte Penet and Jean Sicre pose. Civilians receive U.S. rations in Cruyshautem. 112th Engineers remove land mines at Olsene.
