Guilty until Proven Innocent | Kevin Spacey | Trial Day 8

Six witnesses related to Kevin Spacey's third and fourth accusers were cross-examined today.

First, the jury heard from a friend of the third accuser, who last week alleged Spacey verbally abused him and grabbed his genitals at a showbiz event.

The friend told the court how he advised the alleged victim not to pursue the allegations because he was worried he would not be believed and about the impact that would have on him.

Then the court turned to allegations brought by the fourth accuser, who claims he woke to find Spacey performing a sex act on him in the Hollywood star's flat.

Four friends and his ex-girlfriend were cross-examined, all of whom said he told them about the alleged incident.
