Dr. Andrew Huberman and Rick Rubin sit together on the Huberman Lab Podcast to discuss creativity, in all of its glorious, abstract intrigue and intricacies. The discussion gets scientific and philosophical at many points, but this clip is centered on a particular piece of their discussion that draws attention to the nature of what happens in our brains when we perceive things. Indeed, this process seems to be a sort of normative aesthetic unto itself.
