Baked zucchini with minced meat

Ingredient
☑️1 Zucchini
☑️ Cheddar
☑️ 300g Diced tomatoes
☑️ Salt and pepper

Minced meat stuffing:
☑️ 200g minced meat
☑️ 1 Onion
☑️ 1 tbsp tomato paste
☑️ 1/2 salt,pepper and paprika powder each
☑️ 1 Clove of garlic
☑️ 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Bake the zucchini in the oven for 20-25min.
