Each arrow is an hour of meditation. If you do them you'll dream like I do, It's a snapshot of heaven. You do not have to stop anything that you are doing to focus your mind. They are labeled in phases so you can go back to get a fuller picture. But you do not need to, to get a tether to another plane of gamma consciousness and lucid dream.

Phase Twenty Three
→You go to the ultraviolet glowing black step. There is a male brunette angel named ZV. He tells you that the Earth is the most important battleground. Because it is here that the higher order can be corrupted. But that's your job: to ensure that you make things better; for yourself and others. And that this is the spiritual war, in the hands of every awakened being.
→If you are male he merges with you. If you are female he goes through the portal to the red step. You know that you can not follow until you have bettered the world of those around you seven times. Do so.
→When you have done this, you go from the ultraviolet black light step on the Pyramid of Transformation, through a portal to a glowing, red step. Th ere is black, strong angel named ZM-TSOmL
→He tells you that everything you experience is a product of your belief
→If you are male, you merge with him; if you are female, he goes on ahead through a portal to a red step
