JKD BACKHANDED FINGER-FLICK BY JKD SIFU MIKE GOLDBERG

Sometimes you have to train by yourself, so, be creative!!! I took a staff and placed a hand target over it. In this session I'm demonstrating how to deliver a jkd backhanded fnger-flick to an attacker's eyes. Your whole hand including your fingers must be totally relaxed. At one of your fingers will make contact to your attacker's eyes leaving several options. I'll let that be up to you. As for me, I'm NOT hanging around.
